Injured in BSF firing, Gomostapur man dies – Countryside – observerbd.com

A Bangladesh national, who received injuries in BSF firing along Gomostapur border of Chapainawabganj district died at Rahshahi Medical College Hospital on Tuesday.

The deceased was identified  as Mozammel, son of one Akalu of Joshoil village in the upazila.

Local sources said Mozammel and another received injuries when members of 44 BSF Beldanga BOP opened fire on a group of Bangladeshi cattle traders on December 10.

BGB sent a letter to the BSF protesting the firing. But, the BSF did not respond to the BGB.
