Rail network to be extended from Panchagarh to Banglabandha: Sujon
PANCHAGARH, Dec 30, 2020 (BSS) – Railways Minister Advocate Nurul
Islam Sujon said today the government will extend rail communication
from Panchagarh to Banglabandha.
After resumption of the rail network, Bangladesh’s trade relation
with India, Nepal and Bhutan will increase to a great extent.
The minister was addressing a view-exchange meeting held at the
deputy commissioner’s office as the chief guest. Deputy commissioner
Sabina Yeasmin presided over the meeting.
It was addressed, among others, by Md. Mojaharul Houque Prodhan, MP,
Zila Parishad chairman Anowar Sadat Samrat, Superintendent of Police
Yousuf Ali, vice-President of Panchagarh zila Awami League Abu Toabur
Rahman and Panchagarh Press Club President Safiqul Alam.
