Japan remains beside Bangladesh in combating COVID-19

DHAKA, Dec 3, 2020 (BSS) – Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi has assured Bangladesh that his country will remain beside Bangladesh in combating COVID-19 pandemic.

He said in a ‘get well soon’ message written to Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen, who recently tested positive for COVID-19.

In the message, Japanese foreign minister wished speedy recovery of his Bangladesh counterpart, a foreign ministry press release said here today.

Motegi also expressed his commitment in improving bilateral relations between Bangladesh and Japan.
