Mamo busy with acting in movie, drama | The Asian Age Online, Bangladesh

 
National Film Award winner actress Zakia Bari Mamo has keen interest to play the challenging roles in the story based movies. Noted director and actor Tauquir Ahmed knew it. For this reason, he took Mamo in his directed movie Sphulingo after a long time break. Mamo is playing the role of Irin in the movie. Mamo started to take part in shooting of the movie on December 11. Later, after worked for a week at a time, she took a break because December 20 was her birthday. During Corona pandemic, she passed the day by own way.

Despite having interest she did not take part in any show in TV channel. She got wishes on social media on the occasion of her birthday.Mamo informed that after birthday, she took part in shooting of an episode titled Bhul Poth of Topu Khan directed RTV’s ongoing serial Somoyer Golpo. Later, she again went to Gazipur’s Nokkhottrobari Resort where she is now engaged with shooting of Tauquir Ahmed’s movie Sphulingo.

Yesterday she took part in shooting of the movie at Nokkhotrobari Resort at day time while she also took part in its shooting at night at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agriculture University in Salna, Gazipur. According to her, she will remain busy with shooting of this movie till January 2. Mamo said, “During pandemic, I passed my birthday well, Alhamdulillah. I got many wishes in social media on that day.

I was impressed getting everybody’s loves. Favourite persons gave me phone calls to know my update news. I enjoyed these. While standing in front of the camerato work in a movie under Tauquir Ahmed’s directionafter 13 years, I really became fear. It is no doubt Tauquir Bhai is a talented director of present time. I have liked my role Irin in Sphulingo.I am trying my level best to portray my role properly in the movie.”
