Awami League on Sunday relieved its Sirajganj District president Abdul Latif Biswas and acting general secretary Dr. Md. Habib-e- Millat from their posts.
Awami League office secretary Barrister Biplob Barua said this in a press release.
As per the order of AL party president and rules of the organization Sirajganj unit president Abdul Latif Biswas and acting general secretary Dr. Md. Habibe Millat have been relieved from their posts, said the press release.
Present district unit vice-president advocate KM Hossain Ali and joint-general secretary Abdus Samad Talukder have been made acting president and general secretary respectively of Sirajganj District Awami League, it added.
