TBT circulation manager Shahidullah laid to rest

Valiant Freedom Fighter and circulation manager of ‘The Bangladesh Today’ Mohammad Shahidullah, was laid to rest at his village in Char Madhobroy in Kazirhat on Thursday. He used to stay up every night and maintain communication all over Bangladesh. He used to hand over the sacred writings of the newspaper to the readers. In the glory of his sacrifice, he made everyone cry at his home. His life was taken by a fatal disease. Shahidullah breathed his last at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital at 1:30 pm on Wednesday.
He was buried at the family graveyard at Bidyanandapur village of Kazirhat thana in Mehendiganj upazila under Barishal at 10:30 am on Thursday after Janaza prayers and state guard of honor at Maher Memorial Secondary School ground. He was 70 years old at the time of his death. He has left behind 3 sons, 2 daughters, grandchildren and many admirers.
Publisher and acting editor of ‘The Bangladesh Today’ Jobaer Alam, Managing Editor, News Editor, General Manager, Advertising Manager, and other staff members of the newspaper expressed their condolences to the bereaved family.
