Kurigram youth jailed until death for murder A court in Kurigram has sentenced a youth until death for killing a schoolgirl. District and Sessions Judge Abdul Mannan delivered the judgement on Monday. The convict is identified as Anwarul Islam. According to the case statement, the convict slaughtered Arzina Khatun, a student of Shoulmari High School, at her house in Boalmari in absence of her mother on June 14,2015 as the girl did not respons to his amorous proposal. After returning home Arzina’s mother found her daughter slaughtered. WT/LY |
