Qamrun Nahar new principal of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College – Education – observerbd.com

Government on Tuesday appointed Roopnagar Duaripara Government College’s principal Professor Qamrun Nahar as principal of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College of the city. She is also an official of the Education cadre.

The Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education issued a circular in this regard on Tuesday.

Earlier, Viqarunnisa Noon School and College’s principal Professor Fauzia Rezwan was removed and made officer on special duty (OSD).

The Ministry of Education took the decision on Tuesday.

She was placed under the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary as the OSD.

It was learnt that Fauzia Rezwan was removed following various allegations against her. Following her appointment, various allegations including appointment of an administrative officer violating the government rules, were raised against her.
