HR Textile Mills holds AGM | The Asian Age Online, Bangladesh

HR Textile Mills Ltd on Sunday held its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) via digital platform. HR Textilr Mills Ltd Chairman Dr Muhammad Abdul Moyeen presided over the meeting while Managing Director (MD) Mohammad Abdul Moyeed, Directors Mohammad Abdul Momen and Ms Sumbal Azwad Momen; Independent Director Dr AHM Habibur Rahman; Chief Financial Officer Professor Dr Md Zakir Hussain Bhuiyan;  were present on the occasion of Annual General Meeting (AGM).The company declared 10% Cash dividend for the year ended 30th June 2020, which has been approved in the 36th AGM.
