Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg acknowledged to employees that Joe Biden will be the next president of the United States, a spokesman for the company confirmed.
“I believe the election results are clear now and Joe Biden is going to be our next president,” Zuckerberg told a companywide meeting, according to BuzzFeed News.
“It’s important that people have confidence that the election was originally fair, and that goes in favor of the millions of people who voted for Trump.”
Zuckerberg’s remarks are his first acknowledgment of the upcoming Biden administration, and even President Donald Trump has claimed without any evidence that there was widespread vote fraud.
