Golam Sarwar Sayeedi buried, thousands attend namaj-e-janaza – National – observerbd.com

The body of Maulana Golam Sarwar Sayeedi, Principal of Araibari Alia Madrasa in Kasba upazila of Brahmanbaria district was buried at his family graveyard adjacent to Araibari Madrasa under Kasba upazila in Brahmanbaria district on Saturday.

Earlier, his namaj-e-janaza was held at the ground near the Araibari Madrasa. Thousands of people attended the namaj-e-janaza. Maulana Golam Sarwar Sayeedi’s eldest son Golam Sobhan Sayeedi conducted the namaj-e-janaza as the imam.

At the beginning of the janaza, Brahmanbaria-4 (Kasba-Akhaura) constituency’s MP and Law Minister Anisul Huque expressed his condolence at the death of Maulana Golam Sarwar Sayeedi over phone.

In a condolence message, Law Minister Anisul Huq said he was very close to me. Kasba people lost a good human being at the death of Golam Sarwar Sayeedi.

The minister also prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.

The 52-year-old Maulana Golam Sarwar Sayeedi passed away early Saturday morning.

Thousands of people from different parts of the country including Brahmanbaria attended the namaj-e-janaza.
