Youth killed in Netrakona road accident A young man was killed in a road accident in Purbadhala upazila of Netrakona district early Saturday.
A resident of Kalihati upazila of Tangail district, deceased Billah Hossain, 18, was the assistant of a truck driver.
Locals said Billal fell from a sand-laden truck when it hit hard another stationary truck in Jawani area. He died on the spot.
Confirming the matter, Purbadhala Police Station officer in-charge Mohammad Tawhidur Rahman police recovered the body and sent it to Netrakona Adhunik Sadar Hospital morgue.
