This year, the theme of the day is: ‘Philosophy of Bangabandhu, Development in Cooperatives.’

Upazila administration and cooperative department jointly organised a colourful rally which ended at Upazila Parishad after parading main roads of the upazila. There a discussion was also held.   

Led by upazila executive officer Umme Kulsum, the programme was conducted by deputy assistant agricultural officer Rafiqul Islam Sabuj where upazila parishad chairman Jahidul Islam Sujan was present as chief guest.

Upazila vice chairman Sheikh Raju Ahmed Razzaq Sarker and BRDB’s chairman Motahar Hossain were present as special guests.
