40 held in Rajshahi city Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarters) of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police, Golam Ruhul Quddus confirmed the matter on Sunday. Of the arrestees, 9 had a arrest warrant, eight were a drug addicts and the rest 23 were arrested on various charges. Legal action has been taken against the detainees, the official added.
