Attorney General Mahbubey Alam tests positive for coronavirus

Attorney General Mahbubey Alam has tested positive for Covid-19.

He has been admitted to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka for treatment today, Law Minister Anisul Huq told The Daily Star.

The law minister said the attorney general’s health condition was stable and the doctors are trying their best for his quick recovery.

“I pray for his quick and complete recovery,” Minister Anisul Huq added.
